Private Collection Terms of Sale

- Online Orders
All orders are subject to stock availability of the Product(s) and acceptance.
Private Collection, in its sole discretion, reserves the right not to confirm an Order, for reasons such as but not limited to inaccuracies, suspected fraud, and shipping restrictions.
Items in your cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other users until the completion of Your Order. The website contains information that you may use as an approximation of the availability. The items might be available during the order process but sold out by the event we prepare the order. In these circumstances, we will notify you by email or telephone.
Upon completing your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the receipt of your order. Your order is confirmed once you receive an email confirming the dispatch of your items.
All orders placed are sent out with their original packaging and accessories (such as dust bag, paper bag, depending on the product) and carefully packed with our e-commerce box.
Free gift wrapping and personal message option is available on our check out page.
The following means of payment are accepted by Private Collection:

- Cash on Delivery
Please note that COD is available in UAE city limits and accepts local currency only.
Orders placed after the cut-off time of 2:00 PM (UAE Time) or during any UAE public holiday will be processed the next working day.
Orders are delivered Saturday through Thursday, excluding Fridays and holidays. Private Collection cannot be held accountable for unanticipated delivery delays beyond our control.
Orders for store pick-up confirmation may take 3 hours to 2 business days, depending on the availability of the items in the particular store. You will be notified when the items will be available in the desired boutique.
Shipping charge for international orders will vary according to the type of shipment and the place of delivery of the Products. Shipping fees are indicated at the time of placement of the Order.
- Return and Exchange Policy
Items unused and in fully re-saleable condition with all accessories (dust bags, tags) and with the original packaging must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Accessories (sunglasses, scarf, shoumagh, ghutra and such) must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all packaging and documents provided with it within 7 days from the date of delivery.
All sandals must be tried on for fit and size on clean, carpeted surfaces only until you are sure that you will be keeping them. Please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box. Items that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to you.

Please note that we do not offer any exchanges for online purchases. You are invited to return your product and then place a new order for the product you wish to purchase, subject to stock availability.
You may exchange the items purchased from Private Collection online at our offline boutiques with Level Shoes boutique as an exception.
Private Collection offers flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience convenient. We reserve the right to monitor returns made by the client and continued returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, refuse Orders from customers.
- Return Process
Free Returns Pick Up
We are pleased to offer a free returns collection service to all customers for any purchases that meet our Returns Policy. We encourage you to book your return pick up 14 days after the delivery date.
To book your return pick up:
- Head to ‘Orders & Returns’ in My Account
- Contact our Client Liaison through WhatsApp (+971 55 343 9920) or email us at email@example.com from 10am – 7pm (UAE time).
Our service gives you the flexibility to return your online order by dropping it to any DHL drop of point near you. Please ensure to prepare your package properly with the documents (return airway bill, return commercial invoice) included with your order.
Use only the original delivery box for shipment. Items returned in different packaging will not be accepted for return or will have refurbishment charge. Affix our return label included with your order.
- Refund Process
Once your return has been received, inspected, and accepted, we will then process your refund. Shipping costs and applicable taxes or import duties are non–refundable. Depending on your financial establishment, refund may take up to 14 business days for the credit to post to your account.
Gifted items can be returned and refund will be issued to the purchaser’s card or account.
